CSAE Silent Auction, Wine Pull and Envelope Grab Donation Form - Holiday Event December 4, 2025

Thank you in advance for contributing items to CSAE's Annual Holiday Party on December 4, 2025.

Please fill out the details below. On behalf of our Holiday Event Planning Committee, Allison Hammer, Betty Knecht, Danielle Sticka and Su Hawk, thank you for adding great items to our annual event! (Please note that CSAE is a 501(c)6, so any contribution of an item, gift card or bottle of wine will be very appreciated, but we are not a charitable organization. We will send a letter to thank you, of course, but this is not tax-deductible.

2.Our Holiday Event will feature three holiday festivities: a Silent Auction, "Envelope Grab" for gift cards worth $25 - and one worth much more than that; and a "Wine Pull" for bottles of wine worth at least $25 - and one worth much more than that. Which of the three would you want to contribute to?
3.For our Silent Auction, what is the item or items you want to donate? Please describe and provide details such as what the item(s) is(are), if there are any deadlines of use, etc.
4.What is the estimated value of each of the item(s) you listed?
5.For our "Envelope Grab," what is the gift certificate/cardyou want to donate? Please describe and provide details such as what the item(s) is(are), and if there are any deadlines of use, etc.
6.What is the estimated value of each of the gift card item(s) you listed?
7.For our Wine Pull, what is the wine want to donate? Please describe and provide details such as what the item(s) is(are).
8.What is the estimated value of each of the bottle(s) of wine you listed?
9.How will you want us to receive your items? If you will be at the Holiday Event or can bring them to us prior to that night before 4:30 pm, please indicate here. If you can provide your item electronically (such as a hotel stay, restaurant gift certificate, gift card, etc.), please send to ahammer@etherio.com and copy shawk@csae.org. Please mail no later than November 25 so we can receive them in time. Thank you!
