Dear Participant,
You are invited to participate in a research study titled "Antecedents of Visitor Satisfaction at the Makapan Valley Caves, Limpopo". This study is part of a Master of Management Sciences in Tourism Management degree.
The main goal of this study is to understand how visitor experiences influence their satisfaction at the Makapan Valley Caves. Your participation will help improve the tourism experience, preserve and promote heritage sites, and provide valuable insights for tourism management. The research will also contribute to the existing knowledge on visitor experiences and satisfaction in heritage tourism.
To participate, you must be a visitor at the Makapan Valley Caves and be 18 years or older. The study involves completing an anonymous survey, which should take approximately less than ten minutes. Your responses will be kept confidential, and no personal identifying information will be collected.
Your participation is completely voluntary, and there are no known risks. You will not be compensated for your participation. You have the right to decline to answer any questions or withdraw from the study at any time without penalty.
