Thank you for your interest in being a food or beverage vendor for Foodie Fri-Yays at Tempe Beach Park!
Before completing the Food and Beverage Vendor Application, please click here to read the Foodie Fri-Yays Food and Beverage Vendor Rules & Regulations. To complete the application, you will need the following items: event menu with prices, a diagram of your space, photo of your set-up, and photo of a menu item.
Please complete one application per food business (ie. if you sell BBQ and fish, please complete two applications).
The application will be open until all food vendor spots have been filled. Incomplete applications will be not reviewed. Due to technical difficulties with Stripe, you will receive a square invoice to pay for the $10 application fee. Failure to pay within 2 days voids your application.
Note: Foodie Fri-Yays is seeking Food Trucks and Food Trailers. If you're a tent vendor and you would still like to fill out the application please feel free. We will do our best to try to incorporate and accommodate.
