The Board of Directors is performing research related to several capital improvement projects for the 3rd and 4th floors of the building at 368 West Broadway.  Potential improvements include, but are not limited to, adding air conditioning to the 3rd and 4th floors and updating restrooms to ensure they are handicap accessible.  Such potential improvements have been discussed at the general member meetings which occurred on May 1, 2016, June 12, 2016, September 25, 2016, and January 22, 2017.  The Board would like to get the ideas, views and opinions of as many of our members as possible.  Although the improvement options listed below have been brought up at the general member meetings, the intent of the survey questions below is to give the membership an opportunity to voice their opinions and to present alternatives.

Please respond to the survey by August 31, 2017 so responses can be presented at a future general members' meeting.   

The Board believes that now is the time to perform various improvements to the building in order to modernize the facilities for future generations.  This modernization would help ensure the property is positioned in a way that will allow the spaces to be utilized by future generations of members and for 3rd party rental purposes more so than they are currently being used.  The Board believes that by not updating the facilities on the 3rd and 4th, we are limiting the future potential rentals of the spaces and being able to use the spaces year-round during the hot summer months.
