Share the lessons you are learning in the field and in your team!

CARE through the Regional (MENA) Applied Economic Empowerment Hub has undertaken a practical learning and reflection process around further integration/linking of humanitarian assistance, development and/or peace. Parts of the engagement process have been webinars, online surveys and discussion sessions with global and regional thought leaders. In September 2018, the Hub has produced a detailed research paper as well as a Summary Paper (available online) with the aim to present key findings, promote Guiding Principles based on the engagement process and further engage sectoral thought leader and practitioners.

We want to hear from your experience with doing Nexus differently in your context and organization! You can share how you have applied (some of) the Guiding Principles discussed in the paper or how you are able to link humanitarian action with development (and/or peacebuilding). You can use the questions below to share with us what is working or not working from your perspective, so the whole sector can learn.

Your stories will inform continuous evolvement of the Doing Nexus Differently approach and in case sharing your stories would be beneficial in any form in a publication we will get in touch with you beforehand to discuss.
