2022 CAC Proposal Submission Form

This form is to submit your proposal for the Cultural Accessibility Conference, September 20-22, 2022.

Proposal Deadline: Friday, April 22, 2022, 12:00 PM (EDT) We recommend you build and edit your responses in a separate document to not lose any work and paste your responses into the form.

Please select your first choice for the format/style of presentation. During the review process, the Review Committee may suggest amendments and alternative formats. Panel Discussions will have additional time for Q & A.

In-depth Presentation - These sessions are focused on building knowledge and understanding, either in lectures/workshop format addressing a specific topic related to cultural access.

Interactive Classroom – These sessions engage attendees through hands-on, multi-sensory, immersive experiences online: inviting teaching artists, performers, educators, health and wellness providers to share content and resources.

Panel Discussion – These sessions offer multiple perspectives on or approaches to a single topic. One moderator is required to facilitate the discussion.

On-Demand Quicks - These 20-minute pre-recorded videos give attendees step-by-step instruction, resources, and/or practical tools to jump into a new program, service, or initiative. (Think TikTok minus the talking dogs)

Podcast Style - This is a NEW audio-based (pre-recorded) conversation/interview with peer-to-peer, mentor-to-mentee, Disability self-advocates in conversation, etc around a relevant theme, or subject area. Transcriptions will be provided for all attendees as well. Time Length: 30-40 minutes.
