Community Input for CDBG Consolidated Plan
Every five years the City of Lincoln Park prepares a Consolidated Plan (ConPlan) to submit to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This plan is required in order for the City to receive Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
CDBG funds are designed to benefit low to moderate income people, prevent or eliminate slums or blight and address community development needs.
The ConPlan is expected to identify housing needs, analyze market conditions, and establish program and spending priorities to address the needs of the community. Public input is an essential part of identifying community needs to be included in the ConPlan. Please share your thoughts in this survey so that the City can prepare a plan that reflects the spirit of our community.
