New Store Opening Matching Gift Questionnaire

The Dunkin' Joy in Childhood Foundation will match donations of $1,500 - $2,500 to a charity of the franchisee’s choice that aligns with our mission and meets giving guidelines. The program will help support new store openings, deepen franchisee ties to the community and communicate Dunkin’s commitment to guests.

· At least two weeks prior to the New Store Opening celebration, the field team, PR team, or franchisee should complete the below online survey. Nonprofits must align with the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood’s mission to bring joy to kids battling hunger or illness and must meet giving guidelines.

· The Foundation will determine match eligibility and respond within 5 business days of receipt of questionnaire. If it is eligible, the Foundation will provide templates for a check presentation and speaking points.

· The field team/PR team/franchisee is responsible for notifying the organization of the donation, and confirming with the Foundation that the organization has been notified.
