1. 805 Don Mills Prospective Stakeholders Survey

Thank you for participating in our survey. Your feedback is important. CreateTO is a city of Toronto agency that is tasked with managing Toronto's surplus lands to create more livable, sustainable and inclusive communities.

Currently CreateTO is in a mid-stage visioning exercise for a new housing project to be built at 805 Don Mills.  As a part of this project CreateTO hired Creative Collisions to survey stakeholders and gather input in regards to community benefit (non housing) spaces that might be included in 805 Don Mills.  We are seeking input from not for profit and community groups regarding their current and future real estate needs in Ward 16 and how they might wish to be a partner at 805 Don Mills.

Creative Collisions (www.creativecollisions.org)  is an independent consulting group that is engaged in collaborative community building through innovative real estate decisions and usage patterns.

This survey will be utilized internally by Creative Collisions and CreateTO to inform building decisions at 805 Don Mills and gather input on likely community partners for the proposed new building.  The information gathered here will not be released publicly or shared outside of these two organizations without the express written consent of the survey respondent, except the names of likely and interested not for profit and community partners will be provided to future developers of the site, without any further detail regarding your current budgets, rents or other financial details. By responding to and completing this survey, you are confirming that you are interested in being a not for profit and community partner at 805 Don Mills, and consent to having only the name of your organization shared with future developers of the site if CreateTO determines that you are a potential not for profit and community partner for the site.
