Importantly, this survey is specific to the Club operation only. While the homeowners' association and community development are critical parts of a successful Villa Portofino, our goal with this survey is to focus on the Club.
To protect anonymity, your individual responses will not be shared with the local team. The results of this survey will only be shared in aggregate with the on-site leadership as a tool to recognize successes and improve upon challenges.
