It will really help us to get your student business off to the best possible start if you can help provide some useful information. Please ensure that all your spelling is correct, especially email addresses. CLOSING DATE TUESDAY 16TH SEPTEMBER.
1.If you have a name for your student company please put it here.
2.Please list all the names of the students in your team (max. 6 team members)
3.Please list the email address for each student
4.Please list the name of the main contact for your team and a mobile number(Required.)
5.Which school do you attend?(Required.)
6.Please use this box to let us know if any student has special dietary requirements, including their name. This is important as we provide food at most of our events. Thank you
7.If you know what day and time your team will be meeting please comment below. You can also use this box to post any questions or comments.
