6.Introduction
ABOUT THE SURVEY
For Accessible Arts to provide the best service to our stakeholders and speak on behalf of the Arts and Disability sector in NSW we need to gain a better understanding of the issues facing the sector.
This survey aims to gather data about arts programs for people with disability that are provided by both arts organisations and disability service providers. The data and report will provide key information regarding access to arts programs for people with disability and will be made widely available as a resource to the arts and disability sectors in New South Wales. The survey also aims to expand the information collected through the pilot study that was conducted by Accessible Arts in 2008.
By completing this survey, your organisation will be automatically entered into a draw for tickets to a performance or movie in your region.
The survey consists of 1-12 sections (eg. 4. Visual Arts and Crafts). The survey is anticipated to take 5-20 minutes to complete. Compulsory questions are indicated by an asterix. The deadline for respondents is FRIDAY 15 OCTOBER 2010.
Once the survey has been started, it cannot be saved and restarted. It needs to be completed in one session. This has been done to protect your organisation's privacy.
If your organisation would like further information, to receive this survey in an alternative format, or to record responses via an interview, please contact Dr Jacquelene Drinkall: projects@aarts.net.au.
