About Inclusive Rainbow Voices (LGBTIQA+ People with Disability) Inc (IRV)
IRV is a new cross-disability Disabled People's Organisation of and for LGBTIQA+ people with disability. IRV was formed by a group of LGBTIQA+ people with disability in Victoria to represent and advocate for the human rights of all LGBTIQA+ people with disability. IRV was launched in 2023 and has employed its first part time Chief Executive Officer.

Purpose
The purpose of this survey is to gather the views of LGBTIQA+ people with disability and other IRV key stakeholders about what you think we should be doing, the way we should work, and the priorities we should focus on in the next five years.

Consultant
IRV has engaged Matthew Bowden, a consultant, to help us engage with our movement and develop our strategies and priorities.

Confidentiality
The survey is confidential. Only Matthew Bowden (consultant) will have full access to the responses. Your thoughts/words may be shared, and care will be taken to de-identify the data and any quotes used.
