Exhibitor Registration Regen-A-Nation Expo 2023

Thank you for showing interest in the inaugural Regen-A-Nation Expo, 1st October, 2023 at The Outlook, Boonah.
 
Please complete the registration information questions below and pay registration site fee of $40
 {GST inclusive}

The Regen-A-Nation Expo web page will be launched 5th June, 2023.  To ensure your business is featured, complete your registration before 29th May, 2023.
Early registration ensures that your business will be featured for longer on the Regen-A-Nation EXPO Webpage with a link to your business webpage or Facebook page. This shows potential attendees who will be there.
You will receive more detailed information and a schedule in September.

Drinking water, taps and power outlets are available throughout The Outlook. 
The main undercover exhibition area is 766sqm with ready access to power if needed.
There are two outdoor areas for larger/machinery displays.
Food vans and eating areas will be clustered near the entrance and into the Courtyard.
The Marquee (H) is a lovely undercover area with a fridge and table and chairs for you to utilise for respite throughout the day. Landcare volunteers will also have access to this area.

2.If you have a logo and you give us permission to use on promotional material, including the Regen-A-Nation Expo and the Boonah and District Landcare websites and social media formats, please upload a digital version below.
Your Website or Facebook link will also be included on a dedicated Regen-A-Nation EXPO webpage unless you advise otherwise (see next question).

5.Preference of Exhibition Site.
There is a large Undercover area, with a small Outdoor area adjacent as well as a large Outdoor area.
Sizing is indicative only.
Position and preference will be allocated as "first in policy" based on date of registration payment received.
If you require another configuration of space, smaller or larger, please add to comment section. We are happy to try to accommodate.

Please note: all major electrical equipment, power leads and power boards must display a current test and tag. All power boards should have individual circuit switches and a power overload safety switch featured. No double adaptors or piggyback plugs are to be used on the field day site. All small electrical items must display a current test and tag to comply with the Australian Standards 3760.
