Background Information

This survey updated our previous Sales Force of the Future Studies which also focused on the evolving development needs of your "Key Account Managers" in the changing marketplace. Although he/she may hold a different title in your organization, we are focused on the person who manages one or more accounts or one of your account teams.

Study Objective

The objective is to identify those skills, capabilities and attributes a "Key Account Manager" will need to meet a major customer's expectations in the next three to five years. You can use this information to focus your organization on preparing your "Key Account Managers" to meet those needs.
