1. Welcome to the Resource Management Trainers Survey

This survey is to help identify individuals who have an interest in building training materials for resource management topics (this survey also includes a few related topics). Training materials may consist of written documentation, recorded presentations, samples exercises, and questions to test knowledge dependent on the needs of a specific topic.

This is an excellenct opportunity to share your knowledge with Alliance colleagues and contribute to our shared understanding of technical services. You do not need to consider yourself an "expert" to assist in this effort, but instead have a willingness to share and build your knowledge in particular topics.

The New Staff Training for Resource Management group report (download pdf report) contains detailed descriptions and specifics on each topic listed in this survey. Please refer to the report for detailed descriptions of topics, intended audiences, and objectives to cover. This work is meant to serve as a guide and starting point. Individuals will also have an opportunity to customize sessions as needed or break up into smaller sections. If you have an interest in only part of a topic as expressed, please still indicate your interest in the topic and feel free to submit any clarifying comments.

All trainers will be provided with: powerpoint templates, guidance on developing exercises/testing, guidance on using technology to develop training objects, copy editing and video editing, and other support as needed.

We request that this survey be completed by COB, Wednesday November 23, 2016. (revised deadline)
