The Government is expected to introduce legislation to replace the Resource Management Act (RMA) soon. In advance of that, we’re seeking farmer input on key aspects of RMA legislation. This will allow us to test some high-level thinking and will help inform our work.
We’ll be seeking further farmer input once we’ve seen the detail of the legislation and before we make a submission next year – look for more information on this around mid-January.
We’ve developed this survey in conjunction with DairyNZ, who we are working with on RMA reform.
