2. Must participate in three fitness activities weekly.
3. Is a positive Role Model for others, including health consciousness and nutrition awareness.
4. Provides feedback to instructors regarding Activities.
5. Has shown significant improvement in physical well-being & stamina.
6. Encourages others to join and participate in Wellness Activities.
7. Has encouraged a minimum of 5 participants to join and remain focused on Wellness.
