The purpose of this survey is to collect the names of persons interested in reinstating Village Lake's Community Watch Program and should take you approximately 3 minutes to complete.

Ideally, we would like to have at least one captain for each of the Village's 19 streets Some streets may benefit from 2 or 3 captains/co-captains. Please see the breakdown of streets and units below.
