Question Title

* 3. What is your idea?

In 1-3 sentences, explain the potential benefits for the department, City or greater community.

Question Title

(If this is a new idea, skip #5 and go to #6)

Question Title

* 6. To the best of your knowledge, what additional resources are needed to test your idea?

Who else needs to be involved to bring your idea to life (staff, other departments, facilities, equipment, data) and maintain it after prototyping?

Question Title

* 7. Can you dedicate @6-8 hours a month for six months?

IdeaStarter requires a six-month commitment, which includes mandatory monthly training (one 3-hour training per month) and bi-weekly project check-ins. While IdeaStarter facilitators and mentors will be available to support participants throughout the process, the responsibility is on each Cohort Fellow to do some work outside of session time to move their idea forward. Certain parts of the process may require more or less time, depending on what is needed for the idea to develop.

Question Title

* 8. I understand that by participating in the IdeaStarter Cohort, my idea will be subject to change, based on the research and prototypes I will conduct.
