Photographyer/Videographer shall keep Spread Love/ Kemit Muzik Inc., harmless and indemnify licensor against any and all claims, demands, losses, cost, damage suites, judgements, penalties, expenses and liabilities of any kind or nature whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the operation of the Photographyer/Videographer 's space. Photographyer/Videographer shall conduct business and maintain such premises in strict compliance with all applicable laws, ordinances, regulations, and other requirements of any federal, state, county, municipal or other government and will obtain all necessary permits, licenses, or other consent for the operation of your business.

This document serves as an agreement between Spread Love/Kemit Muzik Inc. and you as a Photographyer/Videographer. If the above is in agreeance with your understanding, please sign and date this letter below and submit with applicable fees.
