1. ABOUT VALLEY LEADERSHIP ACCELERATE:

Valley Leadership Accelerate will empower you with information about the most pressing issues facing Arizona, connect you with others already working on the solutions, and mobilize you to have impact on your community.

Now in its fourth year, Valley Leadership Accelerate is designed for high potential leaders, either new to Arizona or new to civic engagement. Ideal candidates want to understand where we’ve been as a state, where we’re going, who is leading the charge, and how to plug in.

A shorter-term program, we’ll get you up-to-speed with short, burst-style programming, interaction with the people making a difference and the opportunities to get involved.
ABOUT THE APPLICATION:

This application is due by 5:00 p.m. (AZ time) on Monday, May 28, 2018. There are no extensions.

Tuition is $850

All or a portion of your tuition may be paid by your employer. Payment plans are available and credit card payments may be made in installments. In addition, some financial assistance, based on need, is available since Valley Leadership does not want the cost of the program to prohibit anyone from participation. Tuition covers only a small percentage of our costs. We are a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization dependent on volunteer service and contributions from the community to support our programs.

If accepted, tuition is due August 6, 2018. Financial assistance is not applied for until notification of acceptance into the program.

SELECTION PROCESS:

We seek diversity in the Class and we do not discriminate based on race, religion, political affiliation, age, social/economic status, industry, and geography.

The announcement of this year’s Valley Leadership Accelerate Class will be made in August. Applicants who were not selected are invited to apply for future Classes.
