Introduction and Instructions:

Thank you for attending the 2026 AAPSM Stand Alone meeting.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the standards and requirements for approval of providers of continuing education in podiatric medicine through a joint provider agreement between ABPM and AAPSM. ABPM is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medicine as a provider of continuing education in podiatric medicine. ABPM has approved this activity for a maximum of 19 continuing education contact hours.

Note: The total number of accredited hours that will be awarded will be determined based on your actual attendance in the approved continuing education components of our program.

Below are instructions for obtaining CPME credit for this program:

  1. You were required to sign our sign in sheets each day of our program to document your attendance for that day.
  2. You must complete this evaluation form in its entirety by 11:59 pm on Friday, 05/15/2026.
  3. The number of continuing education credits that you receive will be calculated as follows:
  • You must acknowledge whether or not you attended each of our program lectures when completing this evaluation form.
  • Each lecture has been allotted a specific number of continuing education credits as noted throughout this evaluation form.
  • IF you respond that you attended a lecture AND you signed the sign in sheets for the day of that lecture THEN you will be awarded the number of continuing education credits allotted for that lecture.
  • We will cross check your responses on this survey with our sign in sheets and calculate the total number of continuing education credits that you will be awarded based on the lectures that you attended.
