The J 2020 Employee of the Year Nomination Form

At our virtual All Employee Meeting, we will announce our Employee of the Year.

Nominations come from you - our staff members. To nominate a fellow employee or yourself, please complete the short nomination form below. You can nominate any full time or part time J employee in any department. You can nominate more than one employee, but must use a separate form for each nomination. To be eligible, the employee you nominate must have worked for our J for at least one year.

Nominations must be made by Friday, August 28, 2020.

Nominees should demonstrate one or more aspects of our J Values (below).
