SoonerCare Provider and Stakeholder SoonerSelect Survey

The Oklahoma Health Care Authority, in partnership with managed care organizations, will transition to a new health care model through SoonerSelect. 

We understand our providers and stakeholders have many questions about managed care. Your survey responses will help us to create informational materials to answer your questions.  

OHCA will host town hall meetings throughout the state in late March and April to answer provider and stakeholder questions. For more information about upcoming town halls, visit www.oklahoma.gov/ohca/townhall.
