HOME-ARP Funding Needs Suvey

On March 11, 2021, President Biden signed ARP into law, which provides over $1.9 trillion in relief to address the continued impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the Home investment Partnerships (HOME) Program Grant has allocated the City of Birmingham $5,074,139.00 from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act (ARP) of 2021.
You are being asked to participate in this survey to help the City identify the best use of HOME-ARP funds to address eligible needs within our community.
