Post Capital Development Board (CDB) Outreach Information

If you are receiving this survey, it means that you have attended/registered for a CDB outreach in the past six months. CDB wants to know how effective the CDB outreaches were for you and your company. 

Please complete this 12-question objective survey that should take no more than 5 minutes of your time.
