  • Be a franchised new car dealer, franchised used car dealer, independent used car dealer, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
  • If you are an independent used car dealer, then you must be an EV-only used car dealer OR be in business for more than 5 years
  • Be located in or near Santa Clara County
