How loyal are you to your NGO/aid industry employer?

NGOs, the UN, random charities, and occasionally even individual aid workers make the news for doing dumb things. Most of the time we watch it all unfold with a mixture of glee, sympathy, and relief--relief that it's not our employer, this time.

But what about when it is your employer? Or just in general?

How much of your organizations' Kool-Aid have you drunk? Are you a hard-core (YOUR NGO)-er? Are you a real believer in (YOUR NGO'S ALLEGEDLY UNIQUE MISSION)? Or, are all aid industry players pretty much the same?

Brought to you by Evil Genius.
