Nassau Community Connections, Inc,

Nassau Community Connections, Inc, is a new, local non-profit organization (501.C.3) that has opened a Community Center at 40 Church Street, Nassau, NY. The Center is a place where people can receive information about resources (loans/grants, low-cost veterinarian services) and programs
such as HEAP, Medicaid, SNAP (food Stamps), etc. The Center will also be open to those who want to gather socially. The survey below will assist us in determining what types of social activities the community at large would want at the Center. Thank you!!
