The African-American Leadership Program (AALP) is a nine-month program that uses action learning, executive coaching, and networking to create a dynamic learning experience that enhances African American professionals’ ability to lead in the Milwaukee area. AALP alumni emerge as strong communicators, ready to lead from a position of self-awareness and personal integrity. Participants are prepared to take on roles of greater leadership at work and in the community.
