The National Community Action Partnership (NCAP) Energy Partnerships Team is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), consultants, and practitioners with expertise in the U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) and related energy efficiency programs.

This RFQ is intended to identify qualified experts to support NCAP Energy Partnerships initiatives and ensure open and fair competition. NCAP will establish a pool of qualified SMEs who may be contacted to support national, regional, and local activities that strengthen the Weatherization network and Community Action Agencies.
