Thank you for participating in my 2012 Iowa Citizen Survey.

Every citizen deserves to have their voice heard and this survey is a way to do so. Once citizens have had a chance to fill out the survey, we will tabulate and present the results. Leave us your email address if you would like the results sent to you.
