2023 AGM Election Ballot Form

We have shifted our AGM election process to online. 

This is the ballot and information required to elect members wishing to serve on the board. Only members in good-standing may be elected to the board. 

The FVWC currently has 9 director seats at the board level, and if special resolution have passed can support 11 director seats. The directors length of terms are staggered to promote continuity and knowledge sharing. Returning and standing for re-election positions have a 2-year term and newly elected and/or appointed directors have a 1-year term. 

Currently there are 4 directors who remain on the board, serving their second year director - term. These are:

Debora Soutar - Vice Chair 
David Urban- Treasurer
John Vissers - Director at large
Bruce Clark - Director at large

3.Please elect your 2024 member-candidates to serve as part of the FVWC's 2024 Governing Board of Directors. You can select up to 5 (IF special resolutions not passed) OR up to  7 candidates (if special resolution passed).(Required.)
