We invite you to complete this brief form if you are interested in serving as a reviewer and panelist for proposals submitted to the NSF 25-539: Verticals-enabling Intelligent Network Systems (VINES) program. This form is for VINES Track 2 panels, which will be held between October 13 and December 19, 2025.

Your responses will help us schedule panels, which generally meet virtually over two days, and in matching your expertise with relevant networking and vertical application areas for the proposals. Please only specify the areas where you feel highly qualified to serve as a reviewer and panelist.

This form will take at most 5 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary and will be used exclusively for internal NSF purposes. This form will close on October 8, 2025.
