The Rossland Sustainability Commission is investigating way s of helping Rosslanders reduce their transportation carbon footprint. Currently close to 600 commuters travel from Rossland to Trail daily. To convert some of these commutes to low carbon transportation such as biking, carpooling, or using public transportation would significantly reduce Rossland’s carbon footprint.
