4.Would the Mayors support and provide assistance for small businesses to build an online e-commerce presence?

6.Would the Mayors invest in workforce development programs aimed towards future economic activities that target industries and fields that the city would like to see grow?
7.Would the Mayors create business empowerment resource center hubs that make consulting and goods advice available in person and online?

9.Would the Mayors streamline operations that can allow easier and more timely access to devices by the public while cutting government cost?
