NANETS Consensus Statements/Guidelines Survey 2025 |
NANETS Guidelines Committee is actively involved in the development of consensus statements/guidelines to support the medical treatment and management of NET disease. Consensus statements/guidelines are developed using rigorous literature review and serve as important references for practicing physicians.
Currently, panels are working on developing consensus statements/guidelines regarding:
- Localized gastric-duodenal NETs, in collaboration with ASGE
- Surgical and Liver-directed Management of Patients with Neuroendocrine Liver Metastasis (NETLM): A Multi-Society Consensus
- Localized Rectal NETs guidelines
- Appendiceal NETs guidelines
Recently published guidelines focused on:
- “Clinical practice guideline and review of current evidence for biomarkers to inform therapeutic decision making in the care of patients with GEPNETs”, in collaboration with CommNETS
- Practical Considerations when Providing Palliative Care to Patients with Neuroendocrine Tumors in the Context of Routine Disease Management or Hospice Care
- Management of High Grade Gastroenteropancreatic and Gynecologic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
- Consensus Guidelines for Surveillance and Management of Metastatic and/or Unresectable Pheochromocytoma and Paraganglioma
- Diagnosis and Management of Patients with Lung Neuroendocrine Tumors
