CFA will collect data that you provide. We will only collect and analyse data for the purposes of supporting volunteers and understanding the reasons behind volunteer resignations. We will only report the data in an aggregated format, so that no individual can be identified.

CFA uses SurveyMonkey to assist with the collection, aggregation and analysis of survey data. The information you provide is transferred to SurveyMonkey via a secure URL and will be stored in SurveyMonkey’s secure data warehouse in the United States.
