The IBHC Fellowship is a grant is for Advanced year MSW students and aimed at rural, medically underserved client populations, with a preference in School-Based Health Centers. This grant is focused on recruiting MSW Advanced students who hope to have a career with the target population and can show strong academic aptitude. In addition to your traditional practicum education requirements, you will have to do the following:
-Encouraged to attend the end of year showcase for the current IBHC Fellows
-1 hour a month virtual meeting
-Poverty Simulation Experiential at Westfield
-Completion of Integrated Behavioral Health Project at your practicum site
-End of year Celebration and Showcase of Projects
Students who are accepted into the program will receive a $25,000 stipend, with half being given at the start of the Fall semester and half being given at the start of the Spring semester. You will also be included in our IBHC catalog and have a highly desirable line item for your resume!
