By participating in this survey, you acknowledge that your responses will be shared with the Burnaby Board of Trade and the City of Burnaby. Participation is voluntary, and your responses will be kept confidential and reported only in aggregate. Survey results will be used for planning and engagement purposes by the Burnaby Board of Trade and the City of Burnaby. Two prizes are available for participants: a $150 gift card to Mintara Restaurant, Burnaby Mountain Restaurant, or Riverway Restaurant, and a $150 gift card for Golf Burnaby.
