Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey on tradies' health. This survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
This survey has been developed with our partners at Beyond Blue and the Australian Physiotherapy Association to better understand the physical and mental wellbeing of tradies.
Your responses will be used to encourage people to speak up about mental health, seek support for mental and physical health issues, and help media outlets bring the challenges facing tradies to the forefront.
Participation in this project is voluntary. If you change your mind about participating, you may exit the survey at any time, and any completed responses will be discarded. If you complete the survey and later wish to withdraw from the project, you may do so by contacting Steel Blue Marketing on (08) 9209 3322 or via email at marketing@steelblue.com by Sunday 19 April 2026, 11:59 AWST.
The data collected in the “About You” section of this survey will be used by Steel Blue in accordance with our Privacy Policy: Steel Blue Privacy Policy. All responses provided in the remainder of the survey will be kept strictly confidential, and any information shared with Steel Blue and its partners will not contain identifying data.
At the end of the survey, you may provide your details to enter the draw to win one of three pairs of Steel Blue boots. Your details will only be used to contact you if you are selected as a winner.
