2015 Student Services Faculty Needs Assessment

As the counselor and social worker at NCHS, we want to make sure we are offering the services our students need most. Please take a few moments to give us your input so we can better meet the needs of our students and provide the most appropriate services for meeting those needs. Each of the following topics represents the developmental goals as set forth by the American School Counseling Association and the Illinois Social-Emotional Learning Standards. Please click next to the items you feel are most in need of being addressed. After you have placed a check mark next to the items, please rate those items by importance in question #2. For example, the item you feel is most pressing for us to address at this time should receive a "1". The next most important item would receive a "2", and so on....
