INC 2022 Partnership Form

Thank you for your contributions to our state and the nonprofit sector.

The purpose of this form is to gather speaker information, outline expectations, and identify partnerships. The form is required on an annual basis for individuals who wish to work with the Idaho Nonprofit Center.
