"What ETC Means to You" Video Submission Contest

We invite participants to create a short video (60 seconds max) that reflects what ETC means to you.

Submission Deadline: August 7, 2026

Submission Requirements:
  • Video must be 60 seconds or less
  • Content should be original and relevant to ETC
  • All submissions must be suitable for internal/external sharing
Important Approval Requirement
Please note that all submissions must receive institutional approval before entry. This includes approval to use:
  • Organizational logos/branding
  • Any materials, visuals, or identifiable assets affiliated with your institution
It is the responsibility of the participant to secure these permissions in advance.

3.By submitting a video to ETC, you grant ETC the right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and display the submitted video, in whole or in part, for promotional, marketing, educational, and related purposes in any media format now known or later developed. By submitting, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions for all content included in the video and authorize ETC to use the submission without further approval or compensation.(Required.)
