A-Basic Bike Maintenance*
Expert bike mechanics will demonstrate the basics of bike maintenance in this hands-on workshop. Topics include: safety checks, assessing air pressure, flat tires, tightening brakes, lubing chains, and ensuring your bike is the right fit.

B-Advanced Bike Maintenance*
Expert bike mechanics will demonstrate some advanced maintenance techniques. Topics include: fixing squeaky brakes, preventing your chain from falling off, correcting gear-shifting issues, tightening spokes, removing wheels, and fixing a flat tire (demo).

C-Customized Bike Maintenance*
Expert bike mechanics will provide an in-depth focus on up to two topics identified by your workplace in advance. Hands-on topics may include: fixing a flat tire, repairing a chain and/or crank, replacing or repairing brakes, or adjusting derailleurs. Participants will have an opportunity to practice the techniques following the presentation. 

D-Bike Maintenance Station
Host an hour-long bike maintenance station at your workplace. Cycle Toronto’s cycling educators will provide advice, safety checks, and minor adjustments on bicycles. This clinic is for maintenance purposes and we cannot perform major tune-ups or replace parts on your bicycle.
