Disability Ratings and the VA Process
This survey is for research purposes to better understand Veterans' experiences with the process of receiving care through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The survey is being conducted by an independent researcher and is NOT affiliated with the VA.
To participate in this survey, you must be at least 18 years old AND either a United States Veteran, or a relative or caregiver of a United States Veteran with firsthand direct knowledge of the Veteran's situation.
Participation in this survey is voluntary and anonymous. The survey is expected to take approximately 12 minutes to complete.
Results of the survey may be discussed and presented in various forms, including physical print, digital, and in person.
