2025 Vermont Early Childhood Networks Annual Survey

Vermont Association for the Education of Young Children (VTAEYC), administrator of the Vermont Early Childhood Networks (VECNs), is committed to a culture of continuous quality improvement. The purpose of this survey is to collect information from Vermont’s early childhood educators to identify ways to support VECNs to better meet the needs of the ECE workforce. Your feedback will be used to strengthen the current network structure and inform the continuous quality improvement plan for the VECN system.

This survey is intended for early childhood educators who own or work in a Vermont registered family child care, licensed center based child care, public Pre-K, or students studying early childhood education. We are also looking for feedback not only from current network members and leaders, but from early childhood educators who might benefit from network membership. Please share this survey broadly with anyone who meets this criteria.

We’ll randomly select five participants from the completed surveys to receive a curriculum or self-care bundle. Surveys will remain completely anonymous, and entering the raffle is optional and not connected to individual survey responses. To see what’s included in the bundles, click here.

This survey should take 15-20 minutes to complete, but may be longer if you are both a VECN Member and Leader. The deadline to complete the survey is August 15, 2025.
