Emergency Department (ASAP) Epic Test-out

Please answer the questions below to determine your eligibility for Epic test-out.

If you are not eligible for test-out, you must attend ED Nurse Instructor Led Training.

If you are eligible, we will email you a link to the Epic Sphinx test to the address entered.
- If you achieve a passing score, once your ED start date is confirmed, we will email you instructions to complete required self-paced computer training reviewing Novant Health workflows.
