The City of Burbank is requesting your input to identify the community’s needs. By completing this online survey, you will help the City prepare its 2024-2029 5-year Consolidated Plan to receive Federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) money that can be used for housing, infrastructure, homeless services, supportive human services, and economic development. This will help the City set future goals and programs to better serve the community. Please rate each program or activity below based on what you feel is the level of need.
